Welcome to Shawon Web. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, subscribing to our services, registering a domain, or contracting us for custom development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

Shawon Web provides the following types of services:

To purchase products, subscribe to services, or manage domains, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

For custom development projects:

• Every project starts with a written quote. We send a tailored quote based on your requirements; once you review and accept it from your Client Dashboard, it becomes an active service that you can track from start to delivery.
• Deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones will be outlined in the accepted quote, a Statement of Work (SOW), or a project agreement.
• Upon final payment, the intellectual property and source code of the custom-built system are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified (e.g., licensed templates or third-party components).
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed-upon output. During any active ongoing service, revision requests will be handled as part of the project scope.

For digital products purchased from our platform:

• Subscription Products: Access to subscription-based products is valid for the duration of your active subscription. You may cancel, renew, or upgrade from your Client Dashboard.
• Source Code Purchases: One-time source code purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the code for your own business purposes.
• License Keys: Products requiring license keys are bound to your account. Redistribution or sharing without written permission is prohibited.
• Redistribution: Reselling of the raw source code of any product without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

When you purchase a domain through Shawon Web:

• The domain registration fee is immediately paid to the global registry (ICANN/Cloudflare) and is non-refundable.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the domain name at the time of purchase. Typographical errors cannot be corrected after registration.
• Domain management, DNS settings, and renewals can be handled through your Client Dashboard.

• All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website (USD, BDT, or EUR).
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal, bKash, or card payment gateways.
• Subscription renewals are charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

While we build highly secure and robust systems, Shawon Web shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software, services, or products. Clients are responsible for the data they process through the systems we build and the products they purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though any data retention obligations will be honoured as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
