A private operations platform for an iron manufacturer that tracks production from raw material to finished product, alongside the people who make it.

The challenge
In a manufacturing business, production, raw-material stock, finished goods and staff are usually tracked in separate places. Without one system, owners cannot see what is in stock, what is being produced or what production has consumed without asking around the factory floor.
What we built
We built a single bilingual (Bangla and English) system that follows the manufacturing process end to end: raw material comes in, is consumed by production, becomes finished product, and every step is recorded against the employees involved.

A full online store for eyewear, watches and mobile accessories, built on Blogger and run day to day from a companion Android app.

The challenge
The business wanted a professional storefront without paying for hosting or a heavy e-commerce platform, and the owner needed to handle incoming orders from a phone rather than sitting at a computer.
What we built
We turned Blogger into a complete storefront — product catalogue, categories, discount pricing and quick-order checkout — and built an Android app that connects to the store so orders can be received, reviewed and processed on the move.

A SaaS platform that gives every school, madrasa and coaching centre in Bangladesh its own management panel and website — and lets students find them by district.

The challenge
Most coaching centres keep students in one register, fees in another, attendance in a third and results on somebody's phone. Parents have no reliable way to compare institutes, and centres have no affordable software built for how they actually work.
What we built
BatchCircle is two products in one. Institutes get a management panel and their own subdomain website the moment they sign up. Students and parents get a free, searchable directory of verified institutes by district, with fees, reviews, results, job circulars and model tests.

OdeToStudy

English literature made easy in Bangla: summaries, critical analysis, exam questions and suggestions for National University Honours and Masters students.

The challenge
National University English students study a long syllabus of difficult literature, often in their second language, with study material scattered across guidebooks, photocopies and social media posts.
What we built
We built a structured study platform organised the way students actually study: by academic year, subject, author and genre. Every text has a Bangla summary, critical analysis and model answers, with a searchable library and a premium Plus tier for exam suggestions and PDF notes.

LSFC Zone

A Bangla platform that connects citizens with land-service facilitators across Bangladesh, with a suite of free land calculators and a land marketplace.

The challenge
Land work in Bangladesh — mutation, land tax, records, deeds — is confusing for ordinary citizens, fees are unclear, and there was no single place to find a trusted local facilitator or calculate land figures correctly.
What we built
We built a service-management platform listing more than 25 land services with clear service and government fees, a district and upazila search for local facilitators, escrow-protected payments with complaint tracking, and a set of free land tools.
