BatchCircle — one platform for the whole coaching centre
Most coaching centres and institutes run on four or five disconnected things at once: attendance in a register, fees in a spreadsheet, results in a notebook, and parent updates over messaging apps. Nobody has the full picture, and parents have the least of all.
BatchCircle brings the whole operation into one place — batches, attendance, fees, exams and results, with a separate view for every person who needs one. Students see their own schedule and marks, teachers manage their batches and grading, parents follow progress and payments without having to ask, and the centre gets the numbers it currently has to assemble by hand.
On the roadmap
A jobs section connecting institutes with teaching staff — so a centre that needs a tutor and a teacher looking for batches can find each other on the same platform they already use daily.
